WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We provide same day local delivery in Singapore. Alternatively, you can opt for self collection from our store at; 18 New Industrial Rd, #03-05, Singapore 536205

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIME SLOTS?

We have 3 time slots available. Morning (10am-2pm), Afternoon (2pm-5pm), Evening (5pm-10pm). Do reference our Delivery page for more information. 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We are currently only shipping in Singapore and working towards international shipping in the future.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES?

Standard delivery is free of charge!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay

IS BUYING ON GREENSPACE.SG SAFE?

Most definitely! We chose Stripe and Paypal as our trusted online payment system because they are recognised for their strong fraud prevention system. We do not store any customer’s credit or debit card information.


Orders and Returns

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

Every plant is fragile and the shipping process is not always kind (or easy). Most of the time we get it right, but sometimes we don’t. When that happens, we fix it – be it a damaged plant or pot due to shipping carrier mishandling. Please inspect your package when you receive your delivery. Should your order arrive damaged, please send us a whatsApp text to 8123123. (make sure to include a photo) and we’ll get back to you asap.

In the unlikely event a plant is received dead on arrival, it will always be replaced.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not need an account to place an order. However, we do recommend creating an account with us to enjoy points and benefits when shopping with us.

WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?

Send us a whatsApp text at 8123123 for any queries that you might have. Our lovely houseplants experts are always happy to be of assistance!

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

You may cancel or change your order at least a day before the date of delivery. However, do note that last minute cancellation is not allowed. Do drop us a whatsApp text at 8123123 for any change in order or cancellation

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking of delivery is currently unavailable. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your houseplant has been delivered and received. We are currently working to provide a live tracking service for all deliveries in the future.

 

MY HOUSEPLANT LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE WEBSITE?

Live plants and small batch pottery will have variations in color, texture, finish, and size. While we make every effort to display our potted plants as accurately as possible, there may be subtle differences from what is displayed online.
